RECIPES:
Green Juice:
-Celery
-Green Chard
-Lemon
-Ginger Root
-Turmeric Root
-Spring Water
Breakfast:
-Spring Water
-Gel from fresh Aloe Vera plant
-1/2 Cucumber
-3 big handfuls of Spinach
-1 Avocado
-Organic Stevia (add in small amounts until your preferred sweetness)
-Udos oil (optional)
-a little bit of Chia Seeds (don’t add too much or your smoothie will get too thick)
Lunch:
-1/2 head of Lettuce
-1 Cucumber, chopped
-Roasted Broccoli (roasted with oil, sea salt & pepper at 350F until crispy)
-Tahini Dressing (tahini mixed with water, lemon juice, garlic powder, and sea salt)
-Oil of choice
-Balsamic Vinegar
-1 handful of toasted Pistachios
Dinner:
-2 cups packed basil
-3 Tbsp almonds
-3 large cloves garlic
-2 Tbsp lemon juice
-3-4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
-1/4 tsp sea salt
-2-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-3-6 Tbsp water
-1/2 Avocado
