This Air Cooler Is Doing Something No One Else Is! | Scythe Fuma 2
Edit: Things i have learned, Kaze is pronounced k- ah-ZAY, sorry to all those I have triggered 😀.
The Fuma 2 from Scythe is the Scythes newest air cooler in the Fuma Family. Now, this air cooler might look like every other air cooler on the market however, this is not true. The Fuma 2 is attempting to do something no one else is in the air cooler market. Scythe has implemented what they are calling Dual Fan Reverse Flow. What’s that you ask well its something like this, the fans that ship with the Fuma 2 the Kaze 120 and Kaze 120 Slim spin in opposite direction. The slim spins in the standard counter clockwise direction while the thicker kaze 120 spins in a clockwise direction. Now if you go out and try to find a PC fan that spins in the Clockwise direction you will be hard pressed to find one, trust me I know. Scythe says this Contra-Rotating configuration will provide increased static pressure and increased and more stable airflow. So in today’s video we aren’t just going to slap this on a test bench and measure temps, we are going to devise some testing methods to try and put these claims to the test.
