Fixes custom Tile and Mass Tile not spawning on whole numbers.
Added Hold X to add a layer without deleting layer below.

My second atttempt at creating a Tile Map Maker. Still very much in Beta as there are tools I still need to add and the paint tool can be a bit buggy if colliders are not setup correctly.
