Sewing shorts for an SD or chubby MSD bjd doll

Well it was about time to try this as my dolls are half naked still.

For creating this versatile pair of shorts that will fit an SD doll as well as a more chubby MSD bjd such as my Myou Delia, I used a pair of pants from one of my Paola Reina dolls to draft the pattern.

Unfortunately I had to ruin the Paola Reina shorts as I do not have such an imagination to draft the pattern without opening the existing seams...

Also everything is sewn by hand as I am not able to understand how an electric sewing machine works.

But hey, no regrets!
