The El Paso Community College Contract Opportunities Center (COC) Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is pleased to inform you of National PTAC Day on September 16, 2020.

lease join us for Virtual Open House to celebrate the contracting success of our small business clients who have benefited from training and technical assistance provided by the COC. The Contract Opportunities Center provides free counseling services on how to navigate the government (federal, state, local) procurement process.

Due to COVID-19 our celebration will be virtual this year. We ask that you join us at 12 noon for video introducing our PTAC and Staff, including our newest Staff Member, as well as testimonials from our partners and clients.
