Originally from China, Tanghulu are skewered fruits dipped in a gorgeous shell of clear crunchy candy.

TANGHULU Easy Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup

Fruits of your choice
Bring it to 150C or 300F
If you dont have one, its usually around 12-15 min from the boiling point. You can always test it by taking some and drizzle it in cold water, if its hard that means its ready!
