Quick & easy teriyaki chicken | chicken teriyaki recipe | Easy & delicious

Juicy tender chicken thigh cooked in a delicious homemade teriyaki sauce. Very easy to make and perfect for a quick delicious meal.

This teriyaki sauce can be used for other meat as well. It's great with salmon! Video and recipe for teriyaki salmon available here:

Serve with some hot white rice or some blanched noodles.

This recipe will be enough for 2

Ingredients you'll need:
2 pieces of boneless chicken thigh
2 cloves of garlic (Sliced)
4 thin slices of ginger
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs water
2 tbs white vinegar or mirin
1 tbs sesame oil
4 tbs honey (If you like it sweeter, add 1 tbs sugar as well)
Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour for best results. If your in a rush you can skip the marinating step.
