‼️Why No one Talks about This Restaurant? in Dubai?….
I came to this hidden gem in Nad al Hammar serving traditional Zanzibari dishes!

I discovered this place a while ago and today I was craving their fish again and here I am.
This the authentic style of how they serve fish in Zanzibar. Fried with spices on flavourful rice. So delicious.

While I was in kitchen I saw that how they were frying this fish in hot oil, it was cooked to perfection, golden and crispy from outside and soft and juicy from inside. This is perfect way of preparing seafood.

The owner was so kind to allow us to show you guys the beauty of Zanzibari dishes. I hope you can try and appreciate the taste.

I have also tried 2 special side dishes that I need to mention, one peri peri hot sauce which was hot and spicy and meantime sooooo delicious and Lemon pickle. I have no idea how to explain this taste but it was savory tangy and full of amazing flavor that you need experience.
If you did not had Zanzibari Fish before then this is your sign to come and try it.
