For me this was one of the most challenging videos ever for me to film since waking up early is SUCH a struggle for me, it always has been. I wanted to see if I could force myself to become a morning person and figure out the best tips, tricks and hacks for going to sleep early, waking up early and creating an ideal morning routine. If I can become a morning person anyone can and I challenge you to try this yourself!

PS I’m sorry this video has so much talking in it – that’s normally not my style – but I was so tired while filming this I didn’t think to get enough action shots. Lesson learned for the future! FYI I also did this Monday through Saturday, 6 days, but I cut out a day since the video was getting way too long.
