Starvation! One of the Easiest Things to Prevent in Honey Bee Keeping!

Lesson Number 1 NEVER make a video when your pissed at yourself. This happens to everyone from the newbee to the experienced.
Lesson Number 2 Check and FEED your bees never assume like I did Just because they have 2 supers of honey does not mean that it will be enough. I have put dry sugar on all of the hives except 4 now all of the other 3 have sugar on them.
2 things good have came from this 1 maybe i have saved someone from assuming they have enough stores and will check and feed. 2 i donated 4 lbs of dead bees to the University of Chattanooga for bee research. i will get a report on everything they find. might even get monitoring stations at a couple of my out yards which will depend on funds. so it was a win and a bitter loss.
