The most surprising place on our journey in Egypt? The Valley Of The Kings in Luxor! An incredible complex, home to 63 tombs of the kings and pharaohs of ancient Egypt! Carved deep in the mountains, we were surprised at the beauty and craftsmanship on display here. Luxor is a place so rich in history as it is home to the Luxor temple, Karnak temple, the valley of the kings as well as temples dedicated to Ramses III and queen Hapshepsut.
