Today I'm sharing my 2021 Fall Fitness Routine & my favorite Smoothie Recipe using plant based protein powder and collagen. I've only lost about 8lbs using my Peloton Bike+, but I'm feeling so much better, and even sleeping better. I hope this video inspires you to take some much needed time for self care each and every day.
