We absolutely loved our overnight in Cesky Krumlov. It felt like we were in a real life fairy tale. It was very easy to get from Prague to Cesky Krumlov, we chose to use Flixbus and it cost us R404 for two return bus tickets (3,5 hour bus ride each way).
The locals are very friendly and really keen to recommend restaurants etc.
Most tourists do day trips to this little town, but staying there for a night means that you can experience the town without too many tourists around. Walking around at night was absolutely magical.
