Rare Woods, Incredible Tones | Taylor Factory Select Customs Part 2!

Our unique selection of Factory Select Custom Taylor Guitars continues to arrive. Today’s video features three beautiful guitars with truly special appointments. While hand selecting wood with Andy Powers one of the most beautiful pieces was a selection of Tasmanian Black Hearted Sassafras and at Andy’s request it was paired with a Cedar top for a stunning visual and sound. Sets of dark chocolatey Sinker Redwood and Bocote are framed in ebony with a specially selected fretboard to highlight the beauty of wood and provide a dark, rich tone that matches the guitar. Finally, the first ever custom redesigned T5z with armrest is done with a ridiculously flamed Master Grade Hawaiian Koa top.
