Downspout Drain - Underground and Away from the House

So many people use these adapters, but they cause more problems than they know. DOWNPOUT NEED to GO UNDERGROUND and OUT to the STREET! Do not discharge into a french drain! Do Not just put a piece of pipe out into the yard. Do not use these inline filters.

French Drain is a perforated pipe surrounded by gravel. Used in low spots in yard or in crawl space and usually will have a couple catch basins attached to the system.

How it works - Water floods UP from the bottom of the trench and into the Holes of the perforated pipe. This allows the water to flow away from the area and discharge to the street, storm or a sump pump.

Here is a French Drain that was installed over 8 Years ago. Working Great. Simple and Easy. A GREAT Project for that low spot in your yard
