Huabang International Centre is on TV! - GZTV Coverage

Huabang International Centre designed by 10 Design (part of Egis Group) took the spotlight in a recent news coverage by Guangzhou TV. At 173m high, this soon-to-be-completed office and hotel complex is a new addition to the ever-rising skyline of Guangzhou, as well as an emblem of the city’s growth and transformation during the past decade.

Located along the southern bank of Pearl River, the Huabang International Centre is leading the development of Pazhou CBD, an emerging technology zone which will soon become home to tech giants like Tencent, Alibaba and Xiaomi.

10 Design's vision is to create an urban gateway and iconic destination of the area. The twin towers are linked by a sky deck, rising 134.5m in height above a public road. Designed as an urban living room, the sky deck will open 24 hours to the public upon its completion, affording unimpeded views to the shimmering river and the magnificent cityscape of Guangzhou.
