🎬 #140 - Testing LEDs with a Multimeter - How To

How to Test LEDs with a Multimeter. Many LEDs can be tested with your diode check function. High powered LEDs, however, may have a voltage drop that is greater than what your diode check function provides. So in those cases, you must use a current limited source. Using a simple 9V battery and a current limiting resistor provides you with the proper current limited voltage source to power the LED.
