Mysterious Membranes Within the Cell - Randy Schekman (UCB/HHMI)

In this talk, Dr. Schekman describes the many different membranes found inside a cell and how they are organized to facilitate protein secretion. He explains the important contributions of electron microscopy, fluorescent microscopy and temperature-sensitive mutations to understanding the structure, location and interactions of different membranes.
