Kapsul buyer beware

I am going to try and see if I’m wrong on any of this but tons of problems with the unit.

1. Screws and hardware were just tossed on the box. Nothing was missing thankfully.

2. Insulating bade block was just snapped in half and thrown in the box.

3. They’re heavy, as much as any other ac

4. They are LOUD! As loud as any other AC

5. No fan function that I can find. Not in the app. Not on the unit. When it’s done cooling the room the fan shuts off. When it’s time to cool the room again. It pops back on.

6. When the unit kicks on the whole thing shakes the bracket it’s in.

7. Lowest cooling temp is 64. For those of you who have small rooms know. That if the ac does not run long enough. The room stays muggy, and sticky. Only way to solve for this is to lower the temp and allow for a longer run time.

8. Seer rating is 11 same as any other ac and not more efficient.

9. Energy saver mode only upon its releases

Very very disappointing

Fits under a crib and easy storage

Wifi connected
