What I Eat In A Day with IBS | Heathy & Realistic | Lactose & Soy FREE | Affordable | French Life

Salut people from all over the world,

Today, I would like to take you along on a " real and random " day in my UNEMPLOYED life and show you what I eat from the moment I wake up to the moment I GO TO BED !

I always hated staged videos where people show only the "fancy & glamorous" side of what they eat and drink which often includes crazy expensive "FANCY 10$ JUICES" and so on... I will show you the real and mundane life of a "normal" person who eats when hungry, don't follow any diet except (the exclusion of some problematic foods such as LACTOSE, SOY, GARLIC) due to my intolerances and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
