CARMEN ELENA BARREIRO SALAZAR, is a Venezuelan harpist, who currently resides is Cleveland, Ohio. She holds a B.A in international studies from the U.C.V (central University of Venezuela) she also works for the Cuyahoga County of Ohio. Having her family roots in 3 countries: Venezuela, Spain and the U.S, she uses her harp to serve as a cultural ambassador wherever she performs.
