What happens during Botulinum Toxin injections for children with Cerebral Palsy?

Two children aged 6 and 13 with Cerebral Palsy have Botulinum Toxin injections to reduce muscle spasticity. Niall gets sedation medication and Ryan uses Gas and Air (laughing gas, Entonox) so they don't feel sore when they have their injections. Ryan is laughing during his treatment and says he didn't feel it.
The What? Why? Children in Hospital charity makes videos about hospital tests and treatments to help parents and children prepare for hospital and show them what will happen.

The charity now has 61 videos about hospital on topics such as Ultrasound, X-ray, ECG, Echo, EEG, allergy test, breathing tests, general anaesthetics, nasogastric tube feeding, gastrostomy tube feeding, exercise tolerance test, hearing tests, getting a cannula and physiotherapy for children with Juvenile Arthritis and children with Cerebral Palsy.
