DotNet Core REST API with Cosmos DB Database

A simple (relatively) REST API using CosmosDB and ASP.Net Core. A basic knowledge of C# is assumed, but everyone should be able to follow along if they wish. No prior knowledge of Cosmos is needed. You will need Visual Studio to follow along and a REST client such as Postman to test the API.
