10 MARLA HOUSE DESIGN WITH LAYOUT PLAN & INTERIOR DECOR | 250 Sq. yards interior design & house plan

A detailed video on a 10 marla house. We have shared it's layout plan and interior with you guys. This 250 square yards house for which we are showing you the house plan and interior design is located in Lahore, Pakistan. This house is a three storey house. The porch has space for parking two cars and with that there is a lawn of 15'-3"x10'9". When you will enter you will enter into a lobby. On left side of the lobby is the staircase with powder room and on the right side is your drawing room. The dining and drawing room are connected with a fireplace and they are seen as a single space. The lounge is quite spacious with the dimensions 16'-3"x 15'-4". Lounge is connected with an open kitchen. If you love the concept of open planning then this house might be of your interest too. With the kitchen there is a dirty kitchen or what we call a pantry. So, having kept the open kitchen still you will not have lots of mess as all the Paratha cooking or Payas and Niharis will be cooked in the dirty kitchen :). The ground floor has only one bedroom with the dimensions 12'-6"x15'-0". while planning and designing a house it's really important to keep in mind the lifestyle and requirements according to your family members.
Moving towards the first floor of the house. First floor has three bedrooms. From the lobby you into the lounge which is quite spacious with the dimensions 19'-9"x11'-0". bedrooms has proper dressing rooms and bathroom.
while doing the interior we did keep in mind the client requirements and with that we being the architect had the responsibility to guide the client in the best way possible. Overall color scheme of the ground floor moves around white, browns and grays. Whereas in the first floor the bedroom colors are kept according to the family requirements. which means that the girls room is kept pink and gray and the boys room has light blue color. We know that interior is much more than just color scheme. keeping in mind the flooring is really important too because flooring is something that completes the overall look of the room. With that if you like adding textures and patterns then you can add them in your feature walls through different tiles etc.
