Here is the full routine:

1. 3:30 am Wake Up
2. 4 am Run 10 Miles
3. 6 am Bike 25 Miles to work
4. 12pm Run 5 - 8 Miles
5. 6 pm Bike 25 Miles back
6. 9 pm Run 3-5 Miles
