How to ICE BATH in ANTARCTICA

Are you cold yet? In this video we start on a snowy zodiac cruise through Wilhelmina Bay ending with the famous Polar Plunge into frigid Antarctic waters.

Ice Bathing is something Nellie and I started adding into our exercise routine since January 2023. It has become a staple in my therapy and recovery. I know most people immediately disregard ice bathing (I was one of them) but with an open mind and a bit of research you also will see all the amazing benefits that deliberate cold water emersion therapy has. It's incredible and having the opportunity to do so in Antarctica is next level.
