"General Zod"
Partner Hang Clean Ladder (Power or Squat)
In a 7-minute time frame, establish your heaviest load:
Both athletes must perform 1 rep at each weight for the barbell to be loaded heavier.
If 1 athlete can no longer continue, they can keep trying, but they will eat away at time for the partner who can lift more. 1 athlete can opt to step out and allow the other partner to continue to lift. Once you have stepped out you cannot step back in. You cannot lower the weight of the barbell.
Your 2 highest lifts will be added together for your score.
Mens weight will have a 30% reduction for scoring purposes.
