1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
a pinch of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of dried parsley.
1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs, or thyme.
Mozzarella, or gouda cheese (optional).
some fresh parsley for garnish (optional).
