✰hi friends. this is the long awaited story time of my (not so good) experience with hypnosis and subsequent mental breakdown. live laugh love. anyway this was definitely the worst night of my life but hopefully this teaches you guys that hypnosis is NOT something to take lightly. especially if you already have anxiety and/or other mental health issues. anyway comment if you have an questions about this because i know it’s kind of a confusing story.
