16:06 No... he lets her prepare ONE room for free in the first 2 Floors of her hotel (following normal room preparation rules)

16:46 Richard did things a bit out of order and because of that he just moved the Yellow Guest to a Room that didn't exist when he was served...
First you move the guests to the Rooms after they are fully served and then you score the points and get the rewards, so, in this case the Yellow guest would have to be installed in the yellow room in the ground floor
