Canadian ice hockey fan (me) reacts to Alphonso Davies speed and skills. This man can outrun a cheetah, I swear. He may be the fastest football player to ever play the sport. I think Alphonso Davies could compete in the Olympics as a sprinter, but hey, who knows, he can definitely make the soccer highlights every night in Bundesliga for Bayern Munich. I thought he might play in MLS, but European soccer is much more competitive and has the highest-paid footballers.

As a Canadian hockey fan, a North American learning about soccer is tremendously fun and interesting. The highlights I see from Lionel Messi, Christiano Ronaldo, Ronaldinho Gaucho, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Roberto Carlos, Neymar Jr., and more have shown me that football highlights only show a portion of the sport, but they are SO beautiful.
