Get Creative With Your Workouts!

Holding a plank for a minute is pretty boring not to mention difficult. Getting through a strength routine can be mentally challenging when we are fatigued so what can we do?

What if you could alternate between different plank variations, activating different muscle groups and do it for 3 minutes or longer?

That’s exactly the goal here. Using music to time our workout & our movements.

This can be done for various different muscle groups. This variation targets the abs, shoulders, & obliques but you can certainly make your own mix to target the glutes, quads, upper back, whatever you need!

At home workouts don’t have to be boring or a long drawn out process. Pick a few of your favorite songs, a few body weight exercises & mix it up!
