Exploding Cedar tree hits the ground - Ending

The ending of the wildest tree felling I have ever seen.....

I just so happened to film it on my Razor or some old phone. I was just the peanut gallery and an ICT4 for a handful of lighting fires in the Rogue-Umpqua Divide Wilderness, one of my favorite places in the world!

Dustin really did a phenomenal job dancing on the hot coals, putting in a small face, boring both sides of the tree and leaving a trigger or back strap until the end. Kudos Bro!

Why did we fell this tree? We cut this tree down because red flag warnings were in place for the afternoon. We sat on it overnight hoping it would fall. Since it did not, a competent sawyer and 10-year LG Hotshot put it down in less than 3 minutes. Real Smokejumpers shit!
