These cells are cheap and can be a pain to mess with. Here's a process I've been using to put together packs with two cells in parallel. I made some mistakes along the way that were rookie level, feel free to point them out to me. I've been learning a lot with these builds. One thing I learned after this build was I should be doing 14s not 13s as if I want to run an AC inverter off this battery the voltage range works better with one more cell. And I've got room for it in the ammo can so may as well get the extra 58wh of capacity while I'm at it!
