This video includes footage of parts of the testimony given by Frank Dux at the trial where Frank Dux sued Jean-Claude Van Damme for breach of oral contract regarding Enter the New Dragon aka The Quest (1996).

The jury panel decided that Van Damme did not break his word to Frank Dux.

"If you remember 'Rocky,' he didn't win his first fight either," Dux said after the verdict, indicating his plan to appeal. Dux had sought $1.5 million. Dux was responsible for Van Damme's attorney fees. Dux did appeal and lost the appeal as well.
