Neighboring Kolya's caretaker's house, a house has been prepared for Kolya, from the gifts of his 74th birthday. It has electricity.

Transcript of the presentation of the Fundraiser:

On Kolya’s 74th birthday, we handed over some 450 euro that was left over from your gifts. It was used for food and clothing and for the cleanup of the house in this video. It has electricity, it is located in Sheika, next to his caretaker’s home. Kolya can stay there whenever he wants.

From your comments, it was clear that many of you still wanted to give. So, we discussed with Kolya and Lyubov.

Kolya himself has not many needs. He is happy with the little he has. On the other part, Kolya knows that his house won’t survive him, sadly. So he is not very favorable to projects like solar panels or big repairs. Also, many of you suggested not to give big cash, as he would spend it directly only on vodka.

In the meantime, this channel, was monetized. The income up to 1 Jan 2021 is about 300 euros. Some 100 euros were spent in October for this visit. The rest will allow us to return to see him in a few days, with food and presents.

Larisa and I, from the beginning, saw the administration of this channel as a temporary task. We are located too far from Kolya. We are however in contact with Lyubov Dimitrievna, and can give updates. Best would however be if she could post updates directly on social media. For that, we would like to help her to increase her internet savviness, with a modern laptop or a smartphone. She could take part in the administration of this channel, and its income could go to a banking account closer to Kolya.

In the previous video, where Kolya sang a song, you might have noticed Vera, Lyubov’s colleague in the village of Neglyubka.

Vera takes care for, among others, an 82-year-old lady, Ulyana, whose parents died during the war. She is invalid of her legs, as you can notice in a short presentation at the end of this video. She is in need of a fridge, a rollator, and some wood for the winter.

Therefore, we would like to launch the next fundraiser with the target of 1000 euro:
- Christmas presents for Kolya, as well as for Dima, his good friend and neighbor: 200 euro.
- Laptop or smartphone for Lyubov: 450 euro
- Fridge, rollator and wood for Ulyana: 350 euro

We will supervise ourselves that these 1000 euro are used for these goals, and give updates on it, like we did for Kolya’s birthday fundraiser.

If more money is collected, it will be divided equally between Lyubov and Vera. They could then use it for the improvement of the community in Kolya's villages.

As for Larisa and me, when we first met Kolya, we were essentially interested in the stories he had to tell. That is how this channel started. We would like to broaden our Youtube videos to more people. That’s why we set up personal channel “Stories Create History”, where we will publish more stories, and can possibly help more people. One of the first stories is from Lyubov Dimitrievna. We also put the link below in the description.

This channel anyway will stay open, for any news to share about Kolya, and to earn Kolya a little complement to his pension.
