Singapore vlog: Relaxing weekend and shopping at Chanel store

I decided today is the day to fix my Chanel medium flap bag that got damaged. I bought this bag during my trip with my mom to Hong Kong.

I brought it to the Chanel boutique at Marina Bay Sands shopping centre in Singapore.
Apparently all the bags that were purchased this year have 2 years international warranty. Since I purchased my bag 2 years ago, the policy is not applicable to me. I still have to pay SGD $100 to get it fixed. I noticed that the stitching on the handle got a bit lose as well, but Chanel is helping me to fix it free of charge. I should be able to collect my bag in 4 weeks.
I have to say, the customer services at Chanel Singapore is very nice. They are always very polite and always trying to help.
If you have any issues with your bag, you have to bring the authenticity card with you, so that Chanel staff can verify whether it is authentic.

I saw so many beautiful Chanel shoes in the boutique as well. My favourite are wedges with Chanel pearls. They are so classy. Unfortunately my size was sold out.

My favourite item is the Chanel jacket in orange-brown color. It’s so beautiful. It fits true-to-size and is a timeless piece. I can’t stop thinking about it!
