Finding Black Morels While Scouting for Wild Turkeys
Come along with me on a scouting trip for the upcoming turkey season. We will be scouting for turkey sign such as scratching, droppings, feathers, strut zones, gobbling activity, and even sighting the wild turkeys in their natural habitat. While I am out scouting before the season, I sometimes run across Morel mushrooms. In this video I am fortunate to find some, and I'll show you what to look for if you are interested in these wild delicacies.
