The Federal Government is strengthening its collaboration with China to accelerate the delivery of affordable housing.

The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Muttaqha Darma, revealed this initiative, noting that the ministry is set to drive aggressive reforms across housing delivery, urban renewal, and slum upgrading.

Meanwhile in Lagos, the state government has automated building approval processes with the deployment of the Electronic Physical Planning Process System (EPPPS) to manage applications digitally across the state.

On the corporate front, Zylus Homes has announced an impressive performance for the first quarter of 2026.
