Shoplifter Held At Gunpoint At Target In Van Nuys / Sherman Oaks

A Shoplifter by the name of Kevin was at the local target store in Sherman oaks. Near Sepulveda & Burbank. Target Security tried desperately to apprehend him. However, he got away. Moments later police surround the Chevron Gas station on Sepulveda & Burbank. Order him and everyone else, out on the load speaker at gunpoint.
