PHOTOGRAPHY BASICS | Lighting Power Ratios

Powers and Ratios often put people off from starting with flash but there’s no need to worry, flash is just a light source, like a window or the sun. The main difference of course is that you have total control over how much or how little you wish to use. Ratios simply describe the different power levels between two or more lights. The benefit of ratios is it allows you to plan and apply specific lighting recipes, to achieve your desired look, with guaranteed results every time.
