Carrier Trumans Damage is Superficial.

USS Harry S. Truman CVN75 was involved in a collision off Port Siad Egypt, we are getting first images of damage which appears to be very superficial and will in no way compromise ship or mission integrity. It leads to a question, should the US have tighter security for its Capital ships near foreign ports?
