“Is Samuel Leeds a scam”?

Lots of you tagged Samuel (Property Investor) in my ‘Contrepreneur Exposed’ video asking if he was a con man.

So, when Samuel messaged me, I invited him on the podcast, and fair play, he turned up.

I’ve taken a conservative (some would say boring) approach with my own property investment. On the flip side, Samuel promotes high risk ‘creative’ strategies.

So, it’s no surprise we clashed on topics like no money down deals and claims like ‘anybody can be a property millionaire’.

If you’re thinking about investing in property or attending a property event this conversation is well worth a watch.

We discuss what it takes to be a property investor, how to spot scams, and how (according to Samuel) anybody can start, even if you don’t have any money…
