Back to basics: Using multiplexers with HCSCI

This time I will attempt to explain 16 channel CD74HC4067 multiplexer boards. I go over how to connect, assign, and configure them in HCSCI.

Correction: As was pointed out by Bill E, at 15:00 although the configurator allows you to "assign" a DM13A LED driver or 74HC595 shift register, it will NOT allow you to assign LED annunciators to them only custom made 7 segment displays using those chips.
