Sudoku Tutorial: Going From Easy/Medium To "Hard" Puzzles

Simon takes a look at a puzzle an intelligent friend struggled with. He is getting better at easy/medium level sudokus but struggles with Hard. He asked specifically about today's New York Times puzzle, which contains a really beautiful "way in".
