Flotsam is a "vibrant city-builder" from Pajama Llama Games and Stray Fawn Publishing, in which you take command of a floating settlement on an "endless garbage sea", in which you scavenge, repair, and recycle to expand your settlement and rescue more survivors to grow your population.

We need more skills in order to research and build a spaceship launch platform - namely an Eel-Ectric engineer and a Chemist. So we need to find them.
