What you need: vinyl, low tac transfer tape, a Cricut, weeder tool, scraper and a balloon of your choosing. It's best not to over inflate the balloon so you may want to go with a larger size than needed since you won't be fully inflating it. Adding slits to the transfer tape helps applying/removing the tape.
