Sophia Ammann plays Leonard Cohen - The Partisan

There is some history to this beautiful song.
"La Complainte du Partisan" is a song about the French Resistance in World War II.
The song, originally in French, was written in 1943 in London by Emmanuel d'Astier de la Vigerie (lyrics) and Anna Marly (music).

Leonard Cohen gave the song a new life in 1969.
