Understanding Samadhi Part 4 - The Path to Samadhi - Yamas and Niyamas

The moral injunctions are important if we are going to avoid getting caught up in mind powers on the spiritual path. If we strive mainly for mind powers, the SELF will remain covered and samadhi will not be achieved. This video outlines then the 10 yamas (do's) and niyamas (don'ts) that we are meant to follow, but tend not to until we are in Group 8 as Accepted Disciples willingly discipling ourselves so Self-Realization is easier.
