Contrary to today’s obsession with personal achievement, “living your best life”, being “the best version of yourself”, often fuelled by the ‘new spirituality market’ looking to make more money by creating a need, a constant sense of us “not being there yet” - BECOME YOUR SELF is a hymn to becoming what we already are: pure Spirit! Covered in lovely skin in order to make this earthly experience...possible!!

However, only by shedding some layers of superficiality, overachievement, extreme time pressure and endless seeking, do we realize that our true SELVES demand nothing more than our attention.

And what supports it is our Sacred Spiritual Energy inside: the Mother Kundalini.

By connecting to Her with a pure desire, we enter meditation.
In meditation, we access our silence. In silence, we feel present. With presence, we are in the moment.

And the moment we let the Kundalini take us out of our minds, and we follow Her into our hearts, we reconnect to our essence, we can become our true Selves. And open up our hearts to everyone else.
